Reading your mail...
AIRS processes your organisation’s DBYD referral e-mails (including updates, cancellations and query reports). The vast majority of these referrals will be processed fully automatically. Configurable rules route these referrals to appropriate workgroups in the rare situation where manual intervention is required.
Mapping your assets...
AIRS interfaces to your organisation’s GIS mapping service, allowing you to provide DBYD clients maps with custom scale, page orientation, page size, etc. The GIS can pass responses back to AIRS, allowing a different workflow for a given scenario (e.g. where critical assets are detected).
Processing you jobs...
AIRS can be configured to alert users of situations requiring attention or manual intervention. AIRS can also be configured to return different coversheets (and other attachments) for a given scenario.
Handling your output...
AIRS supports automated e-mailing, faxing and printing of responses to DBYD clients. Your organisation’s IT infrastructure is utilised to send e-mails and faxes (e.g. RightFax). Custom plug-ins can be incorporated into AIRS in the unlikely event that AIRS doesn’t support your existing infrastructure out-of-the-box.
Storing your responses...
AIRS archives older jobs based on configurable settings (e.g. at 90 days). AIRS archives to a network file system, but can be adapted to interface with your organisation’s document/content management system. Archived information can still be searched on and viewed via AIRS.
Reporting your success...
AIRS produces activity reports on demand; can send customisable KPI notifications in breach conditions; and provides reconciliation reporting against DBYD query summaries. AIRS stores its data in SQL Server or Oracle, meaning that you can also write your own queries and reports if required.
